I had the opportunity to experience another beanbag Satsang evening last night. Just an evening for myself. Meditate (So-ham), think and be amazed and amazed. But also getting to know myself more and more. Why is change so slow and why do some patterns keep recurring. Why does the same dream keep recurring and what does it mean? And finally, a special experience for me during the last meditation. In short, another very special evening! Thank you Fred!

Participated in a Satsang evening. Relax on a beanbag and feel completely at ease. Fred has given me answers to questions that I had been struggling with for a long time and could not figure out. Did a wonderful meditation and went home full of energy. In the days that followed, many people continued to think about things that had been discussed that evening. I definitely want to participate again and can recommend it to everyone!

Through some intermediate steps in my search for myself, I ended up with Fred. Until the moment I started talking to Fred, I had heard over and over again that I should listen more to my feelings and give myself more space, that my thinking gets in the way of my self, etc. However, these kinds of guidelines are more likely to form in me a blockage rather than helping me get closer to my self. Fred has explained a number of things to me that allow me to work cognitively on my personal awakening. This has made me realize that - for me - reasoning and experiencing must go hand in hand. In order to understand myself, it is also good for me to read and investigate what others have said about it. That insight alone helps me to face the next steps in my awakening with confidence.
